Q1: I knew nothing about this machine, what kind of machine i should choose?
A: Very easy to choose. Just tell us what you want to do by using CNC cutting machine, and then let us give you perfect solutions and suggestions.

Q2: Can I get a discount if I make a larger order
A:  the more pieces you purchase, the higher the discount. Please contact our Sales Department ,Our Sales Department will reply to you with a quotation for the large order.

Q3: When I got this machine, but I don’t know how to use it. What should I do?
A: We will send English manual with the machine. If you still have some doubts, we can talk by telephone or Skype and e-mail.

Q4: If some problems happen to this machine during warranty period, what should I do? 
A: We will supply free parts during machine warranty period if machine have some problems. While we also supply free life long after-sales service. So any doubts, just let us know, we will give you solutions.

Q5: Sounds great, could i to be your distributor and how to apply to become your distributor?

Q1: Can I use other payment methods to pay for the order, such as a credit card or an offline payment method?
We accept credit card, PayPal, etc, as the payment methods.

Q2:  Do you provide an invoice
A:Yes. Once we have received an order and payment has been cleared, the invoice will be sent to you via email.

Q3:Do you ship to my country and what are the shipping rates?
A:We ship worldwide. The exact shipping rate varies based on the item weight and the destination country. We will always suggest the most appropriate shipping weight for our customers to help to save money. Our goal is always fast and secure delivery of items to our customers.

Q4: Why is the shipping cost on some items so expensive?
A:The delivery cost depends on the shipping method that is selected, along with the shipping time and the destination country. For example, if the shipping cost between UPS and FedEx is 10 US dollars, our advice is to choose which option best meets your individual needs, based on price and shipping time.

Q5. Does the product price include the shipping price?

A:The product price does not include the shipping price. 

Q6:If Customs duties are incurred, who is responsible for them?
A:Customs is a governmental agency responsible for regulating the shipments entering a specific country or region. All shipments being sent to or from region must clear Customs first. It is always the buyer's responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant Customs duties. We do not add taxes, VAT, duty, or any other hidden charges. 

Q7. If my items are detained by Customs, who is responsible for clearance of the items?

A:If the items are detained by Customs, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the items.

Shipment FAQ

Q1: What is the shipping cost?
A:For big machine, we will send by sea, its shipping cost will be cheap, please ask the sales department to check the price for you.

For small machine or spare part, we can send by express, such as DHL TNT Fedex and UPS, that will be faster, please ask the sales department to check the price for you.

Q2:How many days  can I receive my goods:
A:That depends on what machine or spare part you select, normally for the big machine, we will send by sea to save the shipping cost for customer, normally from China to your country need about 20-55 days, different sea port, different time . 
For the small spare part, we will send by express, normally need 5-10 working days, you can check that with the sales department before the order.

After sales FAQ

Q1: What is the warranty time

A: We will supply 12 months of the warranty time for the machine

Q2: If your engineer can supply the local install and training service for us?
A: Sure we supply the oversea install and training service for the customer. It is a fee charge, please contact with our sales department to check the charge.
Normally the charge include three parts:
1).Rount-trip ticket;
2).Accommodation costs
3).Technical services charges
Of course, we supply the fast on-line technical service for free, by wechat, whatsapp and email.
