Export agency services

We offer one package service in trade, transportation and customs clearance, which covers diverse range of business, such as amend the L/C, book shipping space, services for commodity inspection and customs clearance, make full set of export documents, arrange ship loading, effect insurance, exam negotiating documents, to receive the remittance after negotiation, conduct the Foreign Exchange Offset and tax rebate as well. Our accountants are so professional that can ensure the foreign exchange be collected the day or the second working day morning.

For your reference,the main Importing process is as follow:

1.Offer the purchase order and quotation to IDIKAR please,and sign the export agency agreement with us.

2.Please offer the importer's contact information and ATTN to us,for as your agent,we need sign the export contract with the foreign company or offer the Proforma Invoice to them as the business's request.

3.When we get the payment for goods, we will remit the remaining sum to your appointed account after deducting the agency fee.when you receive the payment,please make out the value-added tax invoice or receipt to us in our appointed time.

4.Under the trade term of FOB,IDIKAR can act as your agent to take delivery of the goods,carry it to the port warehouse,book shipping space,arrange export customs clearance and so on.

Under the trade term of CIF，in addition to the services talked above,we can be your agent to load the cargo,ship it to the appointed foreign port,and keep the B/L for you,which is issued by the carrier.

5.IDIKAR is preparing the full set of documents while arranging the cargoes,and will hand it over to customs declarer before shipment.

6.IDIKAR will prepare the documentation for taking delivery of the goods(such as packing list,invoice,bill of lading,certificate of origin),and make out the accounts bill to you .After the shipment,IDIKAR can assure you that the documentation will be sent to you when we get the payment from you,such as towing fee,costs for customs clearance,freight,and so on.

7.The importer does not have the right to take delivery of the goods until the exporter send the full set of the documentation to importer.

8.when we get the export documentation from the customs,we will arrange the subsequent things about write-off tax rebate.

Import agency services

As an professional import and export agent,we can offer the import services,such as sign the contract with the exporter,remit the payment for goods, apply for the automatic import license and other relevant certificates,book shipping space,customs clearance, international transportatin,and other related services.To be short, you can enjoy "all-in-one service"in IDIKAR.We will try our best to do any part of these services according to your needs.

We can assure you that:

1.The L/C will be issued or the payment for goods will be remitted immediately as we get your deposit(for L/C)or remittance(if the term of payment is T/T);

2.The customs clearance will be finished within 2 working days when the full set of documents are all ready.

For your reference,the main Importing process is as follow:

1.sign the import agency agreement with IDIKAR according to the proforma invoice and quotation.

2.Please offer us the contact information of Foreign company,we will sign the purchase order with them.

3.Please pay the payment（such as payment for goods,bank charges, agency fee）to IDIKAR,about the details,you can refer to the "payment notification 2"; If the term of payment is T/T,the payment for goods for exporter is first,if it's cash on delivery,then the payment should be arranged after the delivery. If the terms of payment is L/C, We will issue the L/C immediately as we get the deposit from your party.

4.If it is FOB term,IDIKAR can assist in informing the local agent to take delivery,book shipping space,effect the insurance for the cargo,and then shipping it to the destination port. If it is CIF,IDIKAR will expedite the contract delivery and ask for the B/L in time.

5.To prepare the full set of documentation and to arrange for customs clearances on the arrival of the goods.

6.Please pay the related taxes to IDIKAR,and at the same time,plz pay the incidentals for customs clearance in advance.About the details,you can refer to the "payment notification 2".

7.When the Customs release the goods,IDIKAR will arrange the delivery.

8.IDIKAR will make out a bill, The balances will be paid to either side as the case may be,after the settlement,IDIKAR will offer you the related invoice or receipt.
